Senior Radar Test Manager

About your future job

Your team consists of mainly System - and Test Engineers. Most of the team members are specialists in a certain domain (e.g. frontend RF behaviour, signal processing) and some of them are generalists. Your initial task will be to get acquainted with both the essential components of test management while participating as a technical team-member in the overall solution. We offer you a learning trajectory by active coaching on the job combined with specific training courses.

The main tasks in a nutshell:

• Managing the technical solution, planning, cost and risk;
• Keeping a warm heart for your team and other relations.

We are in search for a colleague who has the following qualifications:

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or another technical study;
• Ambitious, open minded and willing to travel;
• Affinity or some experience with project management, system-/test engineering is a plus;
• Good communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams;
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch; proficient in German is a plus.

About the team

As a Senior Radar Test Manager within the System Engineering department, you will work in a multidisciplinary team on the system qualification  of  newly developed radar systems.
