Understanding and improving the business through teamwork. ETC is looking for a Manager IT Business Applications.
Functie omschrijving
As the Manager IT Business Applications, you are responsible for managing all the Business Applications (excluding SAP as this is currently a separate department) within ETC. Your prime focus is to help the team understand the business needs and to support the delivery of robust and futureproof IT solutions in the IT Business Applications domain.
In this role you:
- Report directly to the IT Director;
- Stay up-to-date with state of the art IT developments;
- Advise senior managers about solutions for business challenges;
- Provide leadership and strategy to the Business Applications team and senior management;
- Plan and manage the internal/external resources and coordinate the cooperation on an international level;
- Lead the roadmap to a happy Customer by providing fit for purpose modern, secure and collaborative IT solutions.

Functievereisten
- University level;
- Proven track record in a comparable role (at least 5 years of experience);
- Experience in an international high-tech environment highly appreciated;
- Significant experience with managing teams comprising permanent staff, consultants and contractors;
- Teamwork, good communication & organizational skills;
- Good command of English (Dutch/German preferred) and willingness to travel.

Bedrijfsprofiel ETC Nederland
Enrichment Technology Company is een samenwerkingsverband tussen URENCO en Orano. Het belangrijkste doel voor ETC is om hun klanten een veilig werkende uraniumverrijkingsfabriek te leveren. In die fabrieken wordt gebruikgemaakt van hun unieke ultra-gascentrifugetechnologie om gewonnen uranium te verrijken voor het opwekken van energie in kerncentrales.
De kernactiviteiten van ETC bestaan naast onderzoek & ontwikkeling uit het vervaardigen, leveren en installeren van ultra-gascentrifuges en het bijbehorende leidingwerk. Ze ontwerpen uranium- verrijkingsfabrieken naar de speciale wensen van hun klanten en kunnen het projectmanagement verzorgen voor de bouw van deze fabrieken.
