Researcher / Prototyper GenAI Research Lab

What you’ll do

• Research upcoming and future GenAI technologies (agents, LLMs, AI UX, RAG, etc.) and synthesize findings into internal reports and playbooks
• Build quick-and-dirty prototypes to test feasibility, validate hypotheses, and uncover edge cases
• Explore and evaluate new tools, APIs, frameworks, and design patterns
• Collaborate across disciplines to bring product, research, and technical insights together
• Translate R&D into reusable knowledge (e.g., demos, documentation, internal presentations)
• Contribute to external visibility (e.g., whitepapers, talks, blog posts, hackathons)
• Help us prioritize what to pursue, what to kill, and what to ship

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

• Proven experience prototyping with Python and additionally TypeScript (or Javascript) and React/Vue
• Experience and deep understanding of (Gen)AI, RAG, LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, etc.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (OpenAI API, LangChain, vector DBs, agents, etc.)
• Desire to build something that is truly useful and impactful, understanding of customer and business needs.
• Ability to move fast and validate ideas under uncertainty
• Strong synthesis and communication skills
• Deep curiosity about AI, tools, interaction patterns, and what’s coming next

Big pluses

• Experience at a startup or building something from scratch
• Track record of working across product, design, and engineering
• Background in ML, HCI, or related fields
• Familiarity with AI UX, chat interfaces, voice, or multimodal experiences
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you think in bets, not guarantees
