Global Key Account Manager Commercial Vehicles Welcome to the world of truck manufacturers! Are you a strategic Global Key Account Manager who wants to be the main point of contact for our largest customers? Do you want to work in an exciting, multicultural, international environment? Do you want to build long-term relationships with truck OEMs for various products and technologies, and work at an informal company with strong growth ambitions? Then we are looking for you! Your main duties and responsibilities: You are proactive, highly analytical, and solution oriented. You are a strategist with a strong sense of sales. You have extensive experience in B2B sales of technical concepts ("consultative selling") and are an excellent relationship builder. You develop new products together with the customer according to World Class Manufacturing Standards (APQP, ISO TS, Lean manufacturing).

Verantwoordelijkheden

Your Main Duties and Responsibilities

You are proactive, highly analytical, and solution oriented. You are a strategist with a strong sense of sales. You have extensive experience in B2B sales of technical concepts ("consultative selling") and are an excellent relationship builder.

You develop new products together with the customer according to world class manufacturing standards (APQP, ISO TS, Lean Manufacturing). You are the link between truck manufacturers and the global centromotion organization across all disciplines and levels.

You work closely with sales application engineers, sales support managers, project managers, and product managers, ensuring they can succeed independently with and for your customers.

You are responsible for proactively identifying opportunities with existing OEM customers and converting them into long-term collaborations and contracts. You lead and coordinate complex commercial negotiations at management level within the global account team.

What Do You Need?

  • A bachelor's degree (HBO level) in technology, business administration, MER, or economics with demonstrable affinity for technology (professionally or personally).
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large international accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; German and/or Swedish is a plus.
