Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of existing AGL and CEDD systems.

Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Research and validate alternative components and design modifications.

Ensure product designs remain sustainable, manufacturable, and cost-effective.

Maintain detailed documentation of design changes, test outcomes, and bill of materials updates.

Support cost price reduction by contributing to design optimizations and component selection.

Support design and project teams with technical insights and product updates.

Coordinate the change management process for design updates.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.

At least 3 years of experience in a sustaining, test, or design engineering role.

Familiarity with AGL lighting systems and CEDD technology is a plus.

Strong understanding of electrical components and their qualification processes.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality standards.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is an advantage.
