Super-cognition for Warfighters

RE-liON is a Netherlands-based defence & security technology company building deployable, modular immersive training systems for military, law enforcement and special intervention units.
The core idea: VR as an operational tool, not a tech demo. RE-liON allows warfighters and tactical police to train whenever they have time available - in a barracks classroom, in a warehouse, in a hangar or hotel room.

We co-develop with actual operators from European SOF/SIU, national police academies and corporate security units. We work in live POC environments, and we translate real field feedback directly into our roadmap. We work in small, collaborative teams where everyone contributes and ideas are quickly put into practice. Our office in a converted aircraft shelter at Technology Base Enschede reflects our practical, hands-on approach.

Working @ RE-liON

At RE-liON, you won’t just build technology, you will help redefine how modern forces train, prepare and operate. We’re a mission-driven company where engineering meets purpose, and where every team member directly contributes to systems used by defense and law enforcement professionals across the Netherlands, Europe and the rest of the world.

We work in compact, multidisciplinary teams under one roof; from R&D and design to production and delivery. Which means short lines, fast decisions and immediate impact. Initiative and ownership are part of our DNA: if you see something that can be improved, you have the freedom to act on it.

Our workplace (a converted aircraft shelter at Technology Base Enschede) reflects who we are: practical, hands-on and close to our end users. We value collaboration, curiosity and the drive to turn ideas into working solutions.

Working at RE-liON means joining a team that shares a clear mission, embraces technology as a force multiplier, and takes pride in delivering tools that make a real difference in the field.
