Microfabrication Process Engineer

You will be working in a shared cleanroom facility, accessible to both academics and companies. The cleanroom is a climatized dust-free laboratory, meaning that you will have to wear a special dust-free suit.

Typical but not only cleanroom processes are:

• Lithography
• Chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD, PECVD)
• Sputter deposition, evaporation
• Wet etching
• Deep reactive ion etching
• Wafer bonding
• Metrology techniques like ellipsometry, profilometry and SEM

• HBO-master’s degree in physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or Nanotechnology
• Well-organized and focused
• Autonomous, curious and eager to learn
• Practical and pragmatic
• Cleanroom experience is a plus
• Languages: Fluent in English
