Project controller (commercial specialist)

Within the Proposals & Contracts department, we are seeking a Project Controller. The Proposals & Contracts department plays a crucial role in the overall project development process. This multidisciplinary team serves as the cornerstone for both the commercial and technical aspects of the project. Their primary responsibility is to build a solid foundation upon which the project can be executed. This department is responsible for various tasks, including proposal creation, technical and commercial expertise, and project administration.

As Project Controller (Commercial Specialist), your responsibilities include:

• Developing and monitoring project budgets and forecasts.
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities in projects.
• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
• Advising the project management team on financial decisions.
• Monitoring project progress and promptly identifying deviations.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective project control.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures in project control.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• A minimum of a completed HBO degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a plus.
• Additionally, residing within a commutable distance of Oldenzaal (maximum 45 minutes) is necessary.

Providing a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is a condition for employment. ROSEN Europe covers the costs associated with obtaining the certificate.
