Workgroup lead

The proposal and contracts department plays a crucial role in the overall project development process. This multidisciplinary team serves as the cornerstone for both the commercial and technical aspects of the project. Their primary responsibility is to build a solid foundation on which the project can be executed. This department is responsible for handling various tasks including, proposal creation, technical and commercial expertise and project administration.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, and leadership qualities. You will serve as the main focal point for the team of approximately 15 employees and will be responsible for setting direction, controlling and improving the quality of the offers, as well as supporting the team’s development. You will also be involved in conducting performance reviews and handling personnel administration.

The ideal candidate for this position should have

• At minimum HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction;
• Good people- , negotiation- and coaching skills are essential to interact with all levels of the organization;
• Proficient in English, both verbal as written, is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or German would be an asset;
• Additionally, living within driving distance of Oldenzaal (up to 45 minutes) is necessary.

The main objective for the workgroup lead is to guarantee an optimally functioning team that works efficiently and achieves excellent and reliable results. This varied position calls on your communication, decision making and leadership skills. You will be the disciplinary lead, and report to the Department manager Proposals and Contracts.

Providing a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is a condition to entry into service. ROSEN Europe shall bear the costs associated with the application for the certificate.
