Global business line manager

For many industries the storage and transportation of liquids and gases are a critical part of their business. Our NDT Diagnostics Business Line supports our clients in maintaining the integrity of tank terminals, refineries, pipelines and other associated industrial assets through inspection using local non-destructive methods. The potential safety, environmental impact and the value of the products stored and transported mean that the integrity of these facilities is crucial. Our extensive expertise, state-of-the-art services and software solutions help to minimize risk, maximize inspection intervals and extend safe operating life.

The Group Business Line Manager for NDT Diagnostics will drive continuous growth and business line performance, on a 2-5 year time horizon, by providing outstanding market know-how and strategic direction. Identification and execution of product & service portfolio development, maximum efficiency across all processes, and extending our customer base are all major focus areas for this role. You will collaborate with multiple business and technical experts within ROSEN to best meet the challenges faced by our customers.

Given the interactions with our R&D functions and operations in Europe, ideally the successful candidate would be based at our offices in the UK, Germany, or the Netherlands. Candidates outside of the EU are still encouraged given the global nature of the role but would be asked to commit to an extended initial period working from a European base at the beginning of their time in the role.

• High level of expertise in the industry and high level of understanding of NDT products and services.
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience in the field non-destructive testing for complex engineering facilities, with outstanding market knowledge.
• A strong engineering background (education / experience).
• Proven leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong network of stakeholders in relevant markets.
