Certification Specialist
Pentair is looking for a Certification Specialist.
Internal alignment of approval priorities and planning.
Coordinating the goal approval project with the client (usually the R&D Director or Commercial Product Manager).
Drawing up an approval project plan, in collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside the company.
Project activities
- Drafting, elaborating and monitoring the approvals policy and budget, taking into account the applicable legislation in the relevant countries.
- Monitoring and executing an approval project according to applicable requirements.
- Assembling and managing a cross-departmental project team, where necessary.
- Coordinating program requirements, both internally and with external (international) bodies.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting to deliver solutions within the approval project budget.
- Early detection of deviations and resolution (insofar as within your own competence).
- Periodic reporting to client, project team and other internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the content of approval projects.
(Have) project-related documents drawn up to obtain the approvals.
Advice
- Advisory role towards management and other departments in the organization on the approval policy and strategy.
- Advisory role towards management and other departments in the organization about (country) specific requirements with regard to approvals.
- Advisory role towards R&D and Purchasing during the development of new products, product changes and the selection of alternative suppliers.
Other activities:
- Preparing and supervising audits by certification bodies.
- Ensuring the availability of samples (end products and materials) for.b testing and certification.
- Identifying and responding to trends in legislation in the field of drinking water, food contact regulations, and/or other relevant European directives.
- Maintain administrative actions and reporting.
- Visits to relevant fairs, workshops, seminars and congresses.
- Maintaining (inter)national contacts with certification bodies.
Bedrijfsprofiel Pentair
De zuiverende werking van membraanfiltratie
Hoogwaardige filtratietechnologie op basis van geavanceerde membranen. Dat is de kernactiviteit van Pentair uit ondernemend Enschede in Twente. Daarmee worden fabrikanten van apparatuur, ingenieursbureaus en constructie-aannemers wereldwijd geholpen met efficiëntie bescherming van water, vloeistoffen, warmte en apparatuur.
Wereldwijd zien industrieën en organisaties zich geconfronteerd met toenemende uitdagingen in de zuivering van drinkwater, proceswater en afvalwater. Daarin staat een structurele vermindering van de impact op het milieu en de leefomgeving voorop. Anaerobe membraanbioreactoren (MBR) vormen de meest recente technologische oplossingen om deze problemen structureel aan te pakken.
Scheiden van ongewenste deeltjes
Membraanfiltratie zuivert een vloeistof door deze te scheiden van ongewenste vaste deeltjes, zo klein als
moleculen. Zowel voor de productie van drinkwater, het reinigen en recyclen van proceswater en afvalwater, als voor een reeks industriële, niet-water-gerelateerde toepassingen in de voedings-, dranken- en farmaceutische sectoren, levert Pentair tal van X-Flow-oplossingen met innovatieve filtratieproducten, filtratiediensten en filtratietechnologieën.
Wereldwijd distributienetwerk
Via een wereldwijd distributienetwerk voorziet Pentair zowel OEM's, partners als aannemers van de geavanceerde X-Flow membraantechnologie. Ingenieurs ondersteunen klanten in elke projectfase, van conceptontwerp tot het opstarten en de uiteindelijke installatie en het in werking treden van de filtratie. In Enschede dragen het laboratorium, de R&D-faciliteiten en de uitgekiende productiefaciliteiten bij aan deze geavanceerde oplossingen. Op basis van de X-Flow-membranen zijn wereldwijd vele filtratieprojecten gerealiseerd. Zo werkt Pentair met trots aan duurzame oplossingen in een veranderende wereld.
Doorbraaktechnologie
Op de R&D-afdeling werken tientallen hoogopgeleide specialisten. In nauwe samenwerking met collega's van productbeheer en productimplementatie alsook met procestechnologen, worden verschillende innovatieve toepassingen gerealiseerd. Een recente doorbraak is de Helix-technologie, ook wel ‘ultrafiltratie met een twist’ genoemd. Het is de nieuwste innovatie van Pentair in buisvormige membraantechnologie. Het compacte Helix-membraan lost effectief het belangrijkste productieknelpunt op van ultrafijne ultrafiltratie, namelijk het ontstaan van concentratiepolarisatie en de daaruit voortvloeiende koekopbouw in de membranen. Met deze doorbraaktechnologie behoort dit knelpunt tot het verleden.
Universitaire spinoff uit Twente
X-Flow is van oorsprong een spinoff van Universiteit Twente, dat vanuit wetenschappelijk perspectief een praktische methode ontwikkelde om holle vezelmembranen van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit en robuustheid te vervaardigen.
