Functie omschrijving
To drive and lead the growth of our medical unit, we are looking for a Vice President Medical.
- Strategy: Develop and execute your unit strategy as well as annual budgeting/P&L. Present quarterly market developments to the board
- Business Development: In a sales role you are responsible for the growth of the unit with new and existing clients
- Leading the Team: Oversee and coach a team of business development professionals and their daily activities. Also, carry out additional HR activities such as recruitment and talent management
Functievereisten
- Proven background (6 years) in the medical industry
- Strong commercial background with a demonstrated track record of generating growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset, internationally oriented and experienced in a senior management role
- Proven leadership with ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team
- Fluency in English is required and you should live or be willing to live in a radius of 45 minutes from Almelo
