Project Manager Operations

The Project Manager Operations is responsible for ensuring that project goals (Costs, Time and Scope) are met, which entails careful management of the team members, constant communication with central functions/centres of excellence/managers, as well as the implementation of strategies that help team members reach maximum productivity. Regional project managers check with their team members, monitor work progress, coordinates with other managers and reports to Regional OPS Directors.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, execution and evaluation of the assigned projects (inspections, repair and commissioning of compressors and (gas) turbines) within the time frame and budget
• Ensuring all necessary security standards
• Problem solving in the event of deviations from the original project planning
• Establishing and maintaining close relationships with the customer (including visits to the customer's site)
• Regular reporting, maintenance of KPIs, maintenance of project-related data in the system and verification of inspection reports
• Close cooperation with other internal project managers and other internal specialist departments (e.g. field service, engineering, sales and commercial team)
• Process optimization and cost minimization
• Contract creation and contract management for individual and long-term orders
• Finding technical and customer-oriented solutions with the customer and internal contacts

• Gas turbine and/or compressor experience at technical and/or project level
• High customer orientation and strong cost awareness
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with the complete service portfolio of EthosEnergy
• Willingness to travel occasionally (nationally and abroad (e.g. Germany))
• Flexibility and hands-on mentality
• Stress resistance, organizational talent and the ability to set priorities
• Fluent Dutch and English skills; fluent German skills are advantageous but not essential

Experience

• Several years of experience in Project Management

Education Requirements

• Technical university degree (e.g. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering etc.)

Physical Requirements

• Able to travel
