Functie omschrijving
As the SAP ERP Manager, you are responsible for managing the ERP landscape and - team. Your prime focus is to help the team understand the business needs and to support the delivery of ERP solutions.
In this role you
- are located in Almelo and you report directly to the IT Director;
- stay up-to-date with state of the art IT developments;
- advise senior managers about solutions for business challenges;
- provide leadership and strategy to the ERP team and senior management;
- plan and manage the internal and external resources and coordinate the cooperation on an international level;
- steer the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Functievereisten
- University level
- Proven track record in a comparable role (at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience in an international high-tech environment highly appreciated
- Significant experience managing teams comprising permanent staff, consultants, and contractors
- Teamwork, good communication & organizational skills
- Good command of English (Dutch/German preferred) and willingness to travel to Germany, UK, France and US
