Functie omschrijving
Within the corporate IT department we have three teams: an Infrastructure team, a SAP/ERP team and a Business Applications team. For the infrastructure team we are looking for a Servicedesk engineer, location Almelo.
The Servicedesk team delivers IT support to all ETC colleagues on all sites. They are the first point of contact for all IT related issues and questions, and it’s their task to register and follow-up these incidents.
We are looking for a Servicedesk engineer who is eager to support our end users, configure and install new systems, and work on open IT incidents.
Functievereisten
- You are the first point of contact for IT support for our users
- You are working according the basic ITIL guidelines
- You have a natural drive to solve IT issues
- You have strong communication skills
- You implement and configure new systems according to the ETC standards
- You have a MBO certificate (level 4)
- You are traveling several times a year to other ETC sites to deliver local IT support.

Bedrijfsprofiel ETC Nederland
Enrichment Technology Company is een samenwerkingsverband tussen URENCO en Orano. Het belangrijkste doel voor ETC is om hun klanten een veilig werkende uraniumverrijkingsfabriek te leveren. In die fabrieken wordt gebruikgemaakt van hun unieke ultra-gascentrifugetechnologie om gewonnen uranium te verrijken voor het opwekken van energie in kerncentrales.
De kernactiviteiten van ETC bestaan naast onderzoek & ontwikkeling uit het vervaardigen, leveren en installeren van ultra-gascentrifuges en het bijbehorende leidingwerk. Ze ontwerpen uranium- verrijkingsfabrieken naar de speciale wensen van hun klanten en kunnen het projectmanagement verzorgen voor de bouw van deze fabrieken.
