Senior IC Test Engineer

As senior IC test engineer you are responsible for design and development of industrial test solutions for our new mixed-signal and power IC’s and bring them into high volume test production at our overseas Industrial Test Supplier.

You will be working closely with the test engineers from our Test Development Partner in the Netherlands and the test engineers from our Industrial Test Supplier in Singapore to develop production test strategies and -hardware, and support implementation on production test platforms together with our Test Partners.

During development of production test and actual production you will analyze the test data to ensure quality of the test implementation and IC production.

• Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in the semiconductor industry, in Test & Product Engineering, IC Manufacturing Engineering or Semiconductor Quality Engineering
• Good technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits and analog & digital test techniques
• Good statistical knowledge and data analysis skills
• Good communication and reporting skills in English
• Takes initiative and is able to operate independently
