A day in the life of a Account Executive
Good morning! Your day starts in a daily huddle with your team - discuss tasks, activities and help each other out if needed. Once a week the team comes together in a separate meeting to discuss KPIs and share experiences, challenges and wins of the week. With these touchpoints we make sure to stay connected and keep up the good vibes.
1...Your daily business starts with scheduling first online meetings with prospects. You are in charge of filling up your own agenda and getting your foot in the door with promising inbound and outbound leads.
2... Time for the first online meeting of the day! As the first point of contact you establish a relationship with the prospect, consult with them on their current quotation process and find out which of the 12Build functions they can best profit from.
BUILD! Time to take it to the next level: After establishing a convincing use case and finding the USP for the prospect, it is time to make an offer. As a pro you document everything in our CRM system and make sure our data is always up-to-date.
Yessss - another client we can support with their offer request process. But it does not stop here: You make sure the customer journey continues seamlessly with the handover to the Customer Success Team. We make sure our clients make the most of our platform and keep 1-2-building our relationship.
- Your communication skills are top notch in German, but you feel comfortable having internal meetings in English
